We can call this our discovery meeting.  You will complete the New Planning Form and we will set up a call at your convenience.  The consultation is FREE and will take about 20-30 minutes to complete.  We like to talk to our Clients to get to know you better which helps us with the planning process.

What to expect on the call?  We will go over your completed New Planning Form, your wants and needs, destination preferences, and any additional special requests your trip may need to plan your desired vacation.

Ready to get started?

After we go over the information you provided, the planning begins.  We get to work!!  We will create up to 3 quotes.

Quotes can include:

• flights
• transfers
• resort or cruises
• tours and excursions
• dining
• car rentals
• special events

Once you have had a chance to go over the quotes, we will chat and tweak your chosen itinerary to get it JUST right.  Finally, we make the arrangements by applying your deposit, saving you TIME and STRESS!
